Was really impressed by the quick response after reaching out via text. He called a few minutes later asking some questions about the issues I was having with my bike and offered to take a look at it a few hours later. He met me at my office and was setup/working away on fixing my issues within minutes. He’s very friendly and truly listens to any concerns you have. I like to learn how to do things in case something breaks on the trail, and he was more than willing to teach/show me anything I asked. He worked his way around my bike making sure everything was working/tightened properly and solved a few other issues I wasn’t even aware of. In the end, he was able to solve all my shifting issues and get my bike riding as good as new. Overall, really knows his s*it and does excellent work. Highly recommend."

The mobile service was very convenient, I didn't have to hassle with the transport of a bike with a flat tire to a shop. He installed tire liners and got the tires mounted true, no bumps. The brake and shifting tune got the bike snappy, more stopping power and sharper shifts. Chris is also a pleasure to chat with. If you're in the West LA area, I recommend Hoopty Bikes!"
