Rate $95/hr + parts. (1hr minimum per bike) Prorated every 15min after the 1st hour.

Tune ups 

Tune up service description:

*40 bolt safety inspection-Bolts of all components are checked for proper tension.

*Brake cables lubed

*Shifter cables, deraileurs and chain is lubed.

* Brake calipers are centered and cable tension is adjusted.

* Shifting on the front and rear derailleurs are adjusted.

* Spokes tension is checked & wheels are trued.

* Headset bearing tension is adjusted.

*Frame, hub & rim dust is wiped off. 

*Test ride/ readjustments 

Complete bike detail cleaning Entire bike is detail scrubbed in all areas that build up with dirt & grease until all debris is removed. Replacement parts & tuning may be required.

Drive chain cleaning 

Chain, cassette and sprocket grease/grit is cleaned off and chain is oiled with fresh lube. This service is highly recommended to enable smooth shifting. It also promotes a longer chain and sprocket life thus saving money.

Packaging a bike for shipping or storage 

If you're going on your dream bike vacation we'll dissemble your bike and box it up for safe travels (Customer provided hard shell travel cases only). This service is also handy if you need to save space while storing your bike around other items.

Basic bike fit 

When the components of your bike are ergonomically adjusted to your body you'll get optimal performance.. Fittings include proper seat post height, fore/aft saddle positioning with the proper angle to relieve sit pressure on soft tissue areas. The distance and angle your arms extend to the handlebars is inspected then stem height is adjusted accordingly. In some cases a different stem length is recommended to achieve the most comfortable position.

Safety check (Free with any paid service)

•40 bolt inspection

•Chain is lubed

•Tires are inspected and inflated to recommended pressure 

•Bike is test ridden to make sure brakes and shifting work properly

Detailing and rust removal 

This is one of our specialities learned from years in the restoration business and is the equivalent of your bike having a spa day. It's very popular with all cyclists who live by the beach. The salt spray is hard on everyone's bike in that area. Your bike is an investment. 

Customization work is $95/hr + parts

For example: Restoration of a vintage 10 speed would be considered a custom job. Building a bike from the frame up is also considered custom labor.
